No matter which that is on duty, they are always very helpful and understanding and sympathetic. And one of the nicer things is that they don't try to upsell you to unnecessary and expensive procedures, like some others I have experienced. What do you go to their Woodstock clinic or the Ingersoll Clinic, you will always be treated with respect and kindness as of course, will your pet.
I have been taking my dog there for 3 years. Their prices are cheaper than in London but most importantly, you can feel the love the vets have for animals. I will not go anywhere else with my dog.
