3% "Honest to Goodness Fee" was added to our bill. When we questionned the waitress about this we were told that it was because the prices had to go up but they didn't want to reprint the menus ???? We won't be returning because of this false advertising.
Too hot. AC could not keep up with the heat. Waited over 20 min just for drinks even with it being super hot inside. The food had Sat for awhile since it was cold when we received it. Didn't want to wait another hour for food so we just dealt with it and when we told the waitress they didn't care and did nothing to make us want to ever go back. Every other restaurant owns their mistakes and tries to win your business backChucks Roadhouse does not care about their customers even if they are loyal ones that used to go at least twice a week. We will not be returning.
Excellent food and service. My experience was a very good one. I've been to Chuck's Roadhouse before and it was also a very pleasant experience with a very charming waiter, and a great meal. The patio is a nice place to enjoy your meal with family or friends. Bon appetit!
Great food fast. $19 for a 1 lb rib steak. $40+ in the city!! Friendly fast service with good food. Just as I'd hoped for . First time, definately not the last time!
We went there for a late night steak and won't be returning. We ordered our meals and then sat there for over an hour without any updates on why or how much longer. We finally asked the waitress and she said it was just busy and that it's coming any minute. We waited another 40 minutes or so. We were really frustrated and felt dismissed with the way we were feeling. Waited almost 2 hours ! So we asked to speak to the manager ( who was the new owner ) he offered us at 10 percent discount ! We said if that's all you're going to do we will not be returning and he was ok with that.
