Freshly paved as of when I was there in October 2017. Warning though lots of broken glass in the parking lot. At least 3 separate spots with broken glass, meaning someone likely smashed and dashed with peoples belongings. Good location though in regards to accessibility to the highway.
Clean. Police constantly monitoring the lot. Definitely feels safer than most carpool lots.
Good to leave your vehicle there and car pool....
